Northglenn High School is a public institution located in Northglenn, Colorado. ==History== Northglenn High School opened in 1965 as the first high school in the Adams 12 Five Star Schools. The first Principal, Max Wilsey picked the school colors red and gold because he graduated from the University of Denver .〔 Northglenn’s Mission is, "To accelerate our students' academic achievement and nurture their social development by providing high-quality instruction for every student, in every classroom, every day!"〔 From 1965-2011 Northglenn High School was the only Adams 12 school to have a swimming pool.
